My Philosophy
I am a “Philosophical Syncretist” – I try to live according to the principles of two philosophies; I live in that space where Daosim and Stoicism overlap. It’s easy because both share many of the same principles.
During this, the last chapter of my wonderful life, I will watch, listen, process, write, and post. The writing is for me, and the posting is for posterity. I’ve no desire to change people’s minds; I decided long ago to stop trying to change the opinions of grown-ups. It’s impossible. I’m doing this because:
Shit happens, things change, and when they do, I ask why.
I need to enjoy what I do or stop doing it.
I hope to leave a place better than I found it.
